Manufacturer’s Warranty:

Blind Attire will cover the repair or replacement (at our discretion) and shipping costs of any defective Blind Attire product within 3 years of purchase date.

In the event Blind Attire product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair, or replace the product which fails to conform to this warranty. Please note that the fabric industry periodically discontinues certain styles and colors. On discontinued items, you may be required to choose a different design or fabric. On current products, we will make every effort to match current design and color.

The warranty is valid for all Blind Attire manufactured products. To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must return damaged products along with invoice and original sales receipt to Blind Attire.

This warranty does not cover any product which fails due to accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, misapplication, improper handling, improper installation, and improper operation or cleaning. It excludes damage from animals or insects, normal wear and tear (common cosmetic issues related to extended use, including fraying, fading or discoloration due to prolonged sunlight, exposure or damage from salt air.

This warranty is non-transferable.

Blind Attire Return Policy:

Items ordered from website (not custom): If you order and receive an item directly from the website that is a non-custom item and are not pleased, you may return this item within 30 days for a full refund on product. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Beyond 30 days of purchase seller will issue a store credit.

Custom orders are available for exchange only within the first 30 days of receiving. We work hand in hand with our custom clients selecting non stock fabric designs and custom sizes for our CUSTOM customers making returns very difficult. If there is a manufacturing issue (at manufacturers discretion), we will gladly work to repair or replace any defective merchandise. Beyond 30 days no refunds/exchanges available on custom orders.
